Fly-Out Events

Have PA-46; will travel! PMOPA volunteers identify interesting and appealing destinations for fly-out activities. These are multi-day trips to a vacation destination, providing an excellent reason to fly your plane and the opportunity to get to know your fellow PMOPA members in a relaxing setting. Annual winter warm-up trips to the Caribbean have created life-long friendships, and an Alaska trip brought together adventurous members in 2025. Where to next? Stella Maris in the Bahamas!

February 6-10, 2026 PMOPA Fly-out Event - Stella Maris, Bahamas

Building on past successful winter fly-out trips to the Caribbean, PMOPA members will return to beautiful Stella Maris in February 2026. Enjoy stunning beach, pools, fine dining, and luxury lodging all in the company of fellow M-Class owners and pilots. Once again, PMOPA members will be skillfully guided by Jim Parker with Caribbean Flying Adventures. First-time fliers to the Bahamas are strongly encouraged to meet in Fort Lauderdale on February 5 for an important pre-departure briefing.

February 2025 PMOPA Winter Fly-out Event - Turks & Caicos Islands

Building on past successful winter fly-out trips to the Caribbean, PMOPA members headed to the Turks & Caicos in February 2025 to enjoy sunset and snorkeling tours, a world-class beach, saltwater pools, fine dining, and luxury lodging all in the company of fellow M-Class owners and pilots. The fly-out event was held February 12-17, 2025 in Providenciales with optional add-on to Ambergris Cay through February 20, 2025
